Shipping and returns

Shipping

• Every work ships from Oregon to addresses in the United States, packed by hand and insured for its full value.
• Shipping is complimentary.
• Works ship within five business days of purchase. You will receive an email when your work ships.
• Each work travels with its measuring cup, funnel and care card. Lamp oil is not shipped with the work; the user guide names the oil the studio recommends.

If a work arrives damaged

Keep the box and all of the packing, and email photographs of the work and the packaging to glowstonecandles@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery. The studio will handle the insurance claim and either refund you in full or, if you prefer, help you choose another work.

Returns

• You may return a work within 14 days of delivery if it has not been filled or lit and is returned in its original packaging.
• Write to the studio first so the return can be arranged. Return shipping should be insured.
• Your refund goes back to your original payment method once the work arrives at the studio in the condition it was sent.
• Because every work is one of one, an exchange means choosing a different work.

Works bought at events

Works bought in person at a festival or show follow the same return terms. Bring or send your receipt with any request.
